We want you to love Lunish. If something isn't right, contact us at hola@lunishsoda.com within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

Because Lunish is a beverage, we don't ask you to ship anything back. Tell us what happened and send a photo if the product arrived damaged. Once approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You may keep or discard the product.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

Same process. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll refund you in full. No return shipping required.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Orders placed on Amazon

Purchases made through our Amazon store are covered by Amazon's return and refund policy, not by this one. Please start your request from your Amazon account.
